1 c. vodka
1 c. cranberry apple juice
1/4 c. lime juice, freshly squeezed
2 (750 ml) bottles of ginger beer
1/2 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. apples, diced
Ice
Combine the vodka, cranberry apple juice, lime juice and ginger beer in a large pitcher. Add the cranberries and apples.
Chill in the refrigerator, and add ice just before serving.
Tip: Not a huge cranberry fan? Swap the cranberry apple juice for unsweetened pomegranate juice and the fresh cranberries for pomegranate seeds.
