“A Night in the Woods,” San Diego Opera’s 2020 Lover’s Ball honored Carol Lazier’s contributions to the San Diego community and featured a performance of cabaret songs by world-renowned soprano Patricia Racette. The event, held at the Pendry San Diego, was an elegant affair inspired by the company’s production of Hansel and Gretel.
