Yes Please!!! Cocktail
If you enjoy a coffee or dessert after dinner, this “dessert-in-a-glass” cocktail is just for you! Created by Whisknladle Hospitality’s Cocktail Curator Adam Lockridge, this decadent drink is easy for the at-home-mixologist to re-create.
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. crème de cacao (recipe follows)
1 oz. cold brew coffee
1/4 oz. vanilla syrup
Shake all liquid ingredients in shaker with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
Crème de Cacao
1 bottle vodka
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. refined sugar
Put all ingredients in an apothecary jar and shake well every 30 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Steep for 24 hours, and then fine-strain the vodka, pressing on the chocolate. Run the vodka through a coffee filter and store in a bottle.
