Questions to Ask During a Remodel

When you are remodeling your home, you want whatever design you choose to be the best it can be, because you will be living with the results for a long time. During the proposal stage, there are questions that should be answered. Here are some of them.

How does the design compare with your ideas?

How do you like the product choices presented?

Are there any changes you would like your design/build team to explore?

How does this fit in with your budget?

What is the expected time frame?

Are all the items listed in the proposal? If not, what about the cost and time of the items not listed?

Who handles the necessary permits?

Have all your concerns been addressed?

What would you like to do next?
