Created by mixologist Zack Richardson of Bertrand at Mister A’s, this cocktail is the classic holiday drink, made to order to ensure the freshness of the egg. With its creamy texture, this seasonal libation is sure to be a palate pleaser. 

Bertrand at Mister A’s Eggnog

1 1/2 oz. cognac

1/2 oz. Godiva white chocolate liqueur

1/4 oz. simple syrup

1 egg white

1/4 oz. Pedro Ximenez sherry

Drop of vanilla extract

Drop of Benedictine

Drop of Fee Brothers Old Fashion Aromatic Bitters

Dusting of nutmeg

Add all the ingredients except the nutmeg to a shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds. Strain into a martini glass or coupe and dust with nutmeg.
