St. Petersburg Vodka Refresher
Enhanced with fresh lime juice, this Russian vodka drink adds up to a crisp cocktail delight.
St. Petersburg Vodka Refresher
3 oz. St. Petersburg vodka
1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
4 large basil or mint leaves
1/4 oz. simple syrup*
Slice of lime
Pour all ingredients, except lime slice, into a shaker. Shake well and then pour over ice into a glass. Garnish with a slice of lime on the rim.
*In a medium saucepan combine 1 part sugar and 1 part water. Bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool.
