Green Michelada



“Spicy and refreshing, the Green Michelada from Puesto marries classic salsa verde flavors with cucumber for an easy-drinking refresher,” says Executive Chef Luisteen Gonzalez. “Mix with your favorite Mexican beer and enjoy with tacos, chips and guacamole.”
10 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
6 tomatillos, peeled and sliced
5 jalapeños, roasted and seeded
1 1/2 c. lime juice
1/2 c. green chile Tabasco
2 c. water
1 T. sea salt
1 t. black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve in a beer glass, mixing with a beer of your choosing.
