Cherry Kiss
This Cherry Kiss cocktail, from Marina Kitchen’s Sommelier and Bar Manager Joshua Orr, is the perfect go-to for impressing your significant other when preparing a romantic dinner at home. It’s especially a hit for Valentine’s Day. It has just the perfect balance of sweetness, with hints of white chocolate, cinnamon and cherry. It’s great as a pre-dinner cocktail or as a dessert drink.
Cherry Kiss
1 oz. cherry infused vodka
½ oz. Godiva white chocolate liquor
¼ oz. cherry liquor
¼ oz. Goldschlager cinnamon liquor
Brandy-soaked cherry
Pour vodka and white chocolate liquor into a shaker. Add ice and shake. Pour into a stylish cocktail glass. Add cherry liquor (it will float to the bottom). Using a spoon, add cinnamon liquor to float on the top. Garnish with the cherry.
